Maureen McIntosh NNP-BC

Maureen is the creator and owner of Saving Grace Aesthetics residing in Signal Mountain, TN. As a warmhearted Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in patient care, Maureen is proud to provide personalized, detail-oriented care to all of her patients. Her experience with the tiniest of lives has instilled in her resilience, a gentle touch, and belief in God’s plan for all of us. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spring Hill College in Mobile Alabama, Maureen moved home to Atlanta, GA to work as a NICU nurse. She married her high school sweetheart, Jim, and became a mom to four. In 2019, she graduated with Honors from St. Francis Medical Center with her MA in Nursing, becoming a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. She now resides in Signal Mountain with her family, working as a nurse alongside running Saving Grace. In her spare time she enjoys teaching the children’s class at her church, exploring the outdoors in Chattanooga, gardening, painting, and spending time with her family.
